Car Park Season Tickets (Parking Permits)

Season tickets can be purchased for parking on Dudley Council car parks on a 12 or 3 month basis.

How much does it cost?

There is an application fee which must be paid at the time an application is made. The application fees normally changes annually so for this year's fee please view the fee information.

How can I apply?

You can apply by any of the following means:

• Use our online Season ticket application form
• Downloading the Season Ticket Application Form, which is available at the bottom of this page. Please send us a completed and signed application form together with a cheque for the correct amount or bring it to us in person at our offices.

• Contacting us in writing, telephone or email. Please use the contact details below to request an application form.

When are season tickets valid from

Season Tickets will be valid from the beginning of the next calendar month from the date of application, unless otherwise specified.

How will we process your application

When you place your order for a season ticket it will normally commence on the first day of the next calendar month, unless otherwise advised by you. We will therefore send you your season ticket a few days before it becomes valid, usually this is at the end of the month in which you order it. Please note that if a season ticket is ordered on the last day of a month we would endeavour to send it out to you on the same day, 1st class.

Direct Debit Payments

We do not operate a direct debit scheme for car parking permits. This is because permits are issued on a 12 month basis and are difficult to retrieve in the eventuality of a direct debit being cancelled.

Car parks list where season tickets can be used

Season Tickets can be purchase to either park on Scale 3 car parks only, or to park on both Scale 2 and Scale 3 car parks. The following table illustrates where you may park depending on the Season Ticket you have purchased.

Please note that some of the car parks have partial restrictions regarding where Season Ticket holders may park. Please check signs when parking to see where Season Ticket can be used.

Major and Minor Centre Season tickets

Season tickets can be purchased on either a 3 or 12 month basis, and for either the minor centres or the major centres as follows:

• Minor Centres: Brierley Hill and Sedgley Town Centres only

• Major Centres: Valid in all town centres

Points to remember

• Always display your Season Ticket clearly, at the bottom left of your windscreen, next to your Tax Disk.  A holder is provided to facilitate this. 

• If you do not have your Season Ticket with you, you must purchase a normal parking ticket.

• The Season Ticket allows you to park on the long stay area of the listed car parks only.  It is not valid for the Short Stay areas.

• Requests for alterations to the vehicle details printed on the season ticket must be made in writing, stating the vehicle registration mark, make and colour required on the replacement season ticket.  There is a £5 administration charge for this service. Replacements will only be issued following receipt of payment and the original season ticket.

• We regret we are unable to replace lost or stolen season tickets.

• Renewal Reminders will only be sent to holders of a 12 month Season Ticket.

• Please ensure you comply with all parking regulations as indicated on tariff boards.

Do season tickets guarantee me a parking space?

No, season tickets do not guarantee a parking place being available.
