Bus Station

The transportation hub is situated between Birmingham Street and Fisher Street and provides quick and efficient links between local communities and beyond. Operated by Centro, who offer full onsite customer service facilities to ensure your journey is safe and on time.

Using public transport couldn't be easier thanks to Centro's hotline 0121 2002700. This public telephone information service operates from 7.30am until 10.30pm every day of the year except Christmas Day and provides travel and fares information for the West Midlands.

Major plans are in progress for the introduction of the Midland Metro light railway in 2008. The line will operate from the Birmingham to Wolverhampton line junction at Wednesbury and onto Brierley Hill. This will also provide a new Bus Station and more efficient links throughout the West Midlands.
