Travellers

The Council owns and manages a site for travellers in Kingswinford. It is an established residential site and provides 19 plots at a weekly site rental of £78.

From time to time plots become vacant and are filled from our existing waiting list which is made up of applications sent to the Council from travellers directly and from support organisations working on their behalf. The site has recently attracted funding from the government to finance improvements to the amenities provided on the site.

The Council's Private Sector Hosuing Division manage the site and are also empowered to prevent illegal traveller parking within the borough of Dudley and can give advice to private landowners who may be affected by illegal parking on their land.
