Paying your Parking Fine

Payment of your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) must be received within 28 days of the date of issue; if payment is received within 14 days of issue, the reduced charge shown on the docment issued to you will be accepted as settlement

You can make a telephone payment any time via our automated system.

• 0300 555 7000 - 24 hour automated 'CallPay' service

• Major debit/credit card payments only - please have your PCN reference number and your card ready.

By post

• Please make cheques payable to ‘Dudley M.B.C.’

• Do not send cash

• Write the PCN reference number (shown on the reverse of the PCN) and your address on the reverse of your cheque.

• Send this with the payment slip at the bottom of your notice to:
