Access Requests

 

The only time vehicular access is permitted for pedestrianised areas is outside shopping times.

 

Applications to enter pedestrianised areas should be made to the appropriate Town Centre Managers, who co-ordinate events and activities in their towns.

 

At Halesowen, access is permitted between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturdays and all day on Sundays. Applicants should contact Stuart Perry, Halesowen Town Centre Manager.

 

Different hours operate in Dudley Market Place. Applicants should contact Andrea Jones, Dudley Town Centre Manager. Please note that there are now no Saturday road closures in Dudley High Street.
