Contracts Management

The Contracts group is a small team of construction engineers who manage and supervise the current contracts for the Contracts Group of the Economic Regeneration Division within the Directorate of the Urban Environment of Dudley Council.

Our unit manages the various Highway and Civil engineering contracts like the Brierley Hill Sustainable Access Network project and practically all highway capital contracts ranging in size from a few thousand pounds to multimillion pound contracts. The group also manages the construction of projects for the Traffic & Transportation Division ranging from simple H roadmarkings on the highway to substantial safety schemes.

Our aim is to provide a professional and efficient service to all Divisions and Depts. that require their projects to be managed and delivered within strict schedules and budgets.

In these few pages we hope to give you the latest information about our current, and planned work and a brief summary of all the completed works. We assure you that we strive at all times to minimise any disruption to the public at large and apologise for any inconvenience we might cause during our works.
