The inclusion of a way shown on this map is conclusive evidence of the public right of way. Non-inclusion does not mean, however, that a public right of way does not exist. There can be several reasons for this, not least the dedication of a way after the time of the last Definitive Map review. The Map can be viewed at The Council House, Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge during normal working hours.
