Parking Enforcement in the Borough
On-Street Parking (Roads)
At the present time Dudley Council does not operate decriminalised parking enforcement and therefore no Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) are issued in the borough of Dudley.
On-street parking enforcement is controlled by the police.
Off-Street Parking (Car Parks)
Parking Management manage the day to day running of the Authorities car parks This includes the collection of revenue from the pay and display car parks, enforcement of the Off-street Parking Order, maintenance and improvement of the car park stock (including both the multi-storey and surface parking facilities but excluding staff car parks).
