Paying for your Vehicle Crossing

Payments by telephone can only be made using major debit/credit card payments only - please have your yellow and pink Customer Agreement Form and your card ready.
Please note that the yellow and pink Customer Agreement Form must be forwarded to Dudley Council Plus as soon as possible following payment.

Post (Please do not send cash):

Please make cheques payable to ‘Dudley MBC.’
Write the quotation reference number and your address on the reverse of your cheque.
Send this with the yellow and pink Customer Agreement Form sent to you with your quotation for the work to be undertaken to install the vehicle crossing.

Installments
It is possible to pay for your Vehicle Crossing in instalments. Each instalment can be made using any of the above methods. The yellow and pink Customer Agreement Form must accompany the first instalment. Please note that there is NO facility to take payments by Direct Debit.

Please note: Construction of the vehicle crossing cannot commence until the final payment is received.
