A fixed penalty notice of £75.00, (discounted to £50.00 if paid within 10 days) can be applied to people who drop litter, with a greater penalty if the offender is subject to a conviction in a magistrate’s court.

So remember – please don’t drop litter. Take it home or use a litter bin and encourage others to do the same.
