Dudley Council has recently conducted a review of all its public conveniences within the Borough. The Council is working towards rationalising and improving its toilet provision, by carrying out a modernisation programme that meets both customer expectations and demands.

If you need to report an issue with public toilets, please use our Street Cleansing Report Form or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
For example, if you visit one of the conveniences as listed, and in terms of cleanliness find it unacceptable, please contact the Council giving details of your concern, including the exact time and nature of your complaint.
Your information will be sent direct to the relevant persons within the Council who can process your request.
