This single point of contact enables you to pay for and access information on any council service and raise queries about and requests for an increasing number of services.

Dudley Council Plus makes it easy for you to contact and do business with the council by providing longer opening hours and choice of how to contact the council - all to suit you.

Visit the Dudley Council Plus centre at 259 Castle Street, Dudley town centre and speak directly to an advisor who will help you.

The service is open:

• Weekdays, 8:00am - 5:30pm

• Saturdays, 9:00am - 12:00 noon

If you are reporting an emergency, use 0300 555 2345.  If this service is closed, a recorded message will advise what you should do.

If you visit our centre we aim for you to see an advisor within a few minutes; at busy times, you may have to wait a little longer. The centre is warm and comfortable and is specially designed to meet the latest disability requirements.
