People can get a range of advice on the best care for their pets at a series of sessions with council wardens and animal experts.
Dudley Council’s wardens and the RSPCA have teamed up for the event at Fens Pool nature reserve from October 13-17.
The RSPCA will be offering free microchipping, neutering and general advice between 9.30am and 4pm during the week.
Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environment and culture, said:
“We are working together to offer people a range of advice and help for their pets. We hope people will take the time to drop in and find out more.”
Housing and environmental health officers will also be on hand to give advice on a range of issues. They will be joined by West Midlands Police for the week-long initiative which takes place at the warden’s office in Commonside.
