Swimmers are being invited to take the plunge and raise funds for charity in a huge swimathon in Dudley.
Coseley swimming pool is holding a Swimathon to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and Swimathon Foundation.
It is part of a national swim event with over 19, 000 swimmers diving in to show their support at pools across the country.
Children and adults are invited to make a splash during the Dudley leg of the event at the Peartree Lane pool on April 20.
All money raised will be split between Marie Curie Cancer Care, which is aiming to raise £1.8 and the Swimathon Foundation, which is an independent charity.
People who raise over £100 for the charities will receive a t-shirt, while those raising £300 will receive a beach towel.
