Park users across Dudley borough are being asked their views on how they feel about their local park as part of a council survey.
Dudley Council is conducting a parks users summer survey to get people’s views on their park, its facilities and the standards of maintenance.
Staff are carrying out face-to-face interviews in many borough parks and people can also have their say via the council website at www.dudley.gov.uk
The parks included in the survey at this time are Priory, Netherton, Mary Stevens, King George V, King George VI Park, Buffery & Grazebrook, Silver Jubilee Park, Stevens (Wollescote and Quarry Bank), Huntingtree, Woodside, Sedgley Hall Farm and Clayton Park.
Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environment and culture, said:
“Staff are out and about in parks to get people’s views on the facilities because we want to know how we can improve the service further for our users. I hope people will take the opportunity to have their say either by going along to the park or by visiting the council website.”
The survey will be running until September 7 and the results will help the council direct improvements at each of the parks.
