5 - Sculpt your body at Dudley Leisure Centre

 

Dudley Leisure Centre is offering a range of weekly fitness classes designed to sculpt and tone the body. 

 

The Dudley Council run facility is offering the classes for adults of all fitness levels starting from Tuesday 12 February.

 

Every Tuesday the centre will offer 80s music aerobics from 9am – 10am and abs attack from 10am – 10.30am.

 

The first week sessions are completely free to any adult. They usually cost just £3.00 to all non-members or £1.50 for those in the Options+ scheme.

 

Class instructors are fully trained and qualified and take up is expected to be high so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
