21 - Council leisure centre is getting into the groove

Dudley Leisure Centre is getting into the groove with a series of aerobic dance sessions kicking off on Wednesday 30 January.

 

The Dudley Council run facility will hold the hour-long classes, which are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, every Wednesday from 10.40am.

 

The first of the fun-filled sessions is completely free to any adult. Sessions will usually cost just £3.00 to all non-members or £1.50 for those in the Options+ scheme.

 

Class instructors are fully trained and qualified and take up is expected to be high so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
