The Red House Glass Cone in Wordsley is hosting an exhibition of exceptional work by a local glass artist from this Saturday (14 June).
Allister Malcolm will display his latest and favourite pieces at the Dudley Council-led visitor attraction.
The free exhibition will run until Sunday 10 August and much of the work will be on sale.
Allister will also give demonstrations of his hot glass studio work at Dudley Council’s Broadfield House Glass Museum, where he is usually based, from Wednesdays to Sundays, 12noon to 4pm.
Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environment and culture, said,
“The Red House Glass Cone is a unique venue which hosts so many wonderful pieces of work from a variety of glass artists.
“Allister’s exceptional work will lead the museum into the international glass festival, which is taking place in the Stourbridge Glass Quarter from 22 August.”
The Red House Glass Cone is open seven days a week from 10am to 4pm.
