28 - New fitness classes in Dudley

Dudley Leisure Centre has added three new classes to its fitness programme, which will start at the beginning of June.

The Dudley Council run facility will now hold dance aerobics on Tuesdays at 6pm, body sculpt on Fridays at 6pm and awesome abs classes on Fridays at 7pm.

The first week of the fun-filled sessions is completely free to any adult. Sessions will usually cost just £4 to all non-members or £2 for those in the Options+ scheme.

Class instructors are fully trained and qualified and take up is expected to be high so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
