Brides to be are expected to flock to the Red House Glass Cone for a special wedding fayre on Sunday 8 June.

The popular and unique visitor attraction will host a number of stalls from 10am to 4pm where the betrothed can get information on everything they need for their wedding including cakes, cars, gowns, stationery and balloons.

To accompany the wedding fayre, the internationally renowned glass centre is also holding a special craft market on Saturday 7 June from 11am to 4pm. It will consist of a range of stalls containing stunning work from local designers and artists.

Glass blowing demonstrations will take place from 11am to 4pm and the Crystal Stuart gift store will be open on both days.

Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environment and culture, said:

“We’re delighted to be holding another one of our popular wedding fayres with so many unique things on offer we know it’s an event brides to be really appreciate.

”There will be lots of great craft suppliers on hand for the craft market and with the craft shop open there will be lots of great gift ideas on display.”
