The We Are Here exhibition has a stunning range of jewellery Annette Eardley looks at some of the jewellery that will feature in the We Are Here exhibition at the Red House Glass Cone.
 
A display of contemporary jewellery is going on show at Stourbridge’s landmark Red House Glass Cone.
 
The We Are Here exhibition opens runs from Saturday 18 October to Sunday 2 November. 
 
It features unique and unusual jewellery from the Association for Contemporary Jewellery Midlands Group which is taking the exhibition on tour.
 
The aim is to raise awareness of contemporary jewellery across the region.
 
This exhibition at the Red House Glass Cone, in High Street, Wordsley, is the 4th in the series.
 
ACJ Midlands is a newly formed regional group of the national Association for Contemporary Jewellery, founded in 1997 with the aim to promote, represent and develop an understanding of contemporary jewellery in the United Kingdom and overseas. 
 
Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environment and culture, said:
 
“It’s good to see such an historic venue hosting an exhibition of contemporary jewellery artists proving that Stourbridge has a valuable place in the creative industries.”
