Borough residents are invited to take advantage of the recent apple harvests by attending autumn apple pressing sessions.
Participants can choose between two sessions being held at the Environment Zone, on Sunday 19 October, from 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 3pm. Activities will include making fresh apple juice and other arts and craft activities.
Participants should meet at the Environment Zone, Roberts Primary School, Robert Street, Lower Gornal. Booking is essential by calling Guy on 01384 814170 as places are limited. An adult must accompany children under 10 years.
This is a joint event between The Friends of The Environment Zone and
the Environment Zone. The £300,000 Environment Zone was purpose built in 2001, andnowworks with over 11, 500 people each year from all over the borough and outside Dudley.
