We are in discussions with the 3rd party supplier and at this point do not have a set list of how the issues are to addressed.

  • The regulations do not require us to fix office documentation published before 23rd September 2018 if they are not essential. 

What we're doing to improve accessibility

The Customer Portal site is monitored for accessibility by an automated tool;

  • SiteImprove - a subscription service that also includes analytics, quality assurance for all pages. SiteImprove provides three levels of accessibility warnings based on the WCAG 2.1 Criterions are divided into errors, warnings and reviews.
    Customer Portal is currently marked at 66/100 for accessibility compliance.

This tool is regularly monitored and issues addressed when identified.

The Customer Portal is tested weekly using the SiteImprove subscription service.
