Description The Forward Procurement Plan is a document detailing all major Council contracts over the next few years. The purpose of the plan is two-fold; firstly to raise awareness of Council business opportunities and permit the market ample time to prepare for Tenders; and secondly, where contracts have been awarded, to guide suppliers and service providers to potential sub-contracting opportunities elsewhere in the supply chain.
