Ian Longmore , Contract Officer

Ian ensures the day to day operational compliance of the DGfL contractors RM. This includes best value benchmarking of the contract and additional services, invoice payment and performance monitoring. He also undertakes procurement for individual school ICT projects.

Ian Cope, IMS Officer

Ian is responsible for all aspects of the Information Management Systems provided through the DGfL. He ensures that Dudley schools can make the most effective use of their IMS and that school and pupil data is recorded, analysed, presented and transferred in a way that is both secure and meets Local Authority and statutory requirements. Assessment data to support raising attainment is a particular focus.

Dan McLaughlin, IMS Consultant

Dan provides the traded service supporting individual schools in the effective use of data. He also gives vital support to the application and development of IMS including assessment, target setting, reporting to parents and attendance. Together with Ian Cope he guides the development of the Integris software used in Dudley schools and supports the IMS training programme.

Heather Jeavons, Senior Education Development Manager

Heather joined the DGfL team from a Dudley Primary School in 2001. Heather has the lead responsibility working with schools on the e-safety agenda with a particular remit for the development of e-safety advice and guidance. She is a qualified ICT Mark and 360 esafe assessor. Heather supports the strategic planning, development and embedding of ICT as a subject and as a cross curricular learning tool

Michael Parkes, Senior Education Development Manager

Michael has worked alongside DGfL since 2002. Michael has been OfSTED accredited, worked Nationally as a Regional Adviser for ICT and has also worked with major awarding bodies for KS4 qualifications in ICT and Computer Science. He is an ICT Mark and 360 esafe Consultant and Assessor. Michael supports the strategic planning, development and delivery of ICT/Computing in schools and specialises in coaching staff in the classroom. His role is to work closely with schools and Children’s Services to develop the Learning Platform and to help embed new ‘cloud’ technologies into daily practice.

Viktoriya Evans, Administration / Clerical Support

Viktoriya runs the DGfL Office and provides administrative support to the Client Team.
