Unpaid carers can get their Covid-19 vaccine as part of Priority Group 6. You need to be either in receipt of Carers Allowance, or you are the sole or primary carer of an elderly or vulnerable person, who is at an increased risk from Covid-19.

Letters are being sent from the NHS to people registered as carers, however we know there are many people who may not be registered as a carer.

If you are caring for someone and would like to find out if you are eligible for the vaccine now, complete the form below.  You can call Dudley Carers Hub on 01384 818723 for more information.

Please see our Covid-19 privacy notice for information on how we collect and hold information about you in relation to the unprecedented challenges we face as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
