A new painting capturing the spirit of the Black Country will hang in pride of place in Dudley Council House following a special competition to celebrate the region.
Plans are being made to submit a bid for £30,000 funding for an art project with Royal connections to spruce up one of the main gateways into Stourbridge.
An exhibition of art work depicting the dramatic siege of Dudley Castle in the seventeenth century has gone on display at the town’s museum this week.
