Due to essential maintenance on Wednesday 24th July, all online forms will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
People can report issues from fly-tipping to missed bin collections at the click of a button by downloading the Dudley Council app.
More than 11,000 people have already downloaded the app which is free.
People can report a range of issues, quickly and easily via the app, including graffiti, fly-tipping and potholes.
Information and news from the council is also available on the app as well as job alerts, an online payments facility and a link for council tenants to request housing repairs.
Alan Lunt, Deputy Chief Executive at Dudley Council, said:
There are now more ways than ever before for people to report issues to us without having to travel to, or phone a council building.
The app is a handy way for people to let us know about issues such as fly-tipping or potholes while they are out and about.”
The app can be downloaded for free at all major app stores. For more information visit www.dudley.gov.uk and search for ‘council app’.
