There’s a chance to make something in glass with bookable sessions throughout the week. These include glass fusion: bugs on Tuesday 19 and Thursday 21 February. Sessions run at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2pm, cost £6 per child and must be booked in advance. Suitable for ages 5+.

There are free family trails available every day, suitable for the over 8s at both venues.
The cone also hosts free glass blowing demonstrations every weekend in the hot glass studio. Visitors can watch as glass artists transform a molten piece of glass into a glass, vase, platter or object. Demonstrations take place every weekend from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and daily during school holidays from 11am to 2.30pm.
