Children of all ages can take part in fun and games at Dudley and Halesowen leisure centres during the October half term.
The Dudley Council owned facilities will be hosting a jam packed week of fun from Saturday 26 October to Sunday 3 November.
Both centres are opening their pools every day with free swimming offered to children aged 16 and under who have registered for the council’s scheme by searching 'freeswimindudley'
The learner pool at Halesowen Leisure Centre is currently undergoing maintenance and may not be open for the holidays. Customers are advised to to contact the centres for availability and opening times.
On Tuesday and Thursday during the holidays, there will be two full days of ‘junior activezone’ fun at Dudley Leisure Centre. Suitable for children aged eight to 12 years, the activities will run from 9am to 4pm including multi skills, crafts, team games and swimming. It costs £20 each day per child.
At Halesowen Leisure Centre, the new ‘Boombox’ inflatable aqua run session for children aged eight years and above will take place on Tuesday and Thursday. Children must be a minimum of 1.2 metres in height and are required to take a swimming test before the session begins. There are also fun float sessions Monday and Friday. Sessions take place from 1.30pm to 3pm in the main pool and cost £4.40 for adults and £2.90 for under 16s.
Juniors can take advantage of the £7 for 7 days offer at Halesowen Leisure Centre and receive unlimited access between 9am – 5pm. Activities include use of the swimming pool, fun aqua run and float sessions, plus use of the squash courts and table tennis.

Juniors under the age of 16 can also receive a 50 per cent discount off the full adult price on a no booking advance basis for court sports. All participants must be under the age of 16.
