Halesowen fitness classes

A wide range of fitness classes are available at the newly refurbished Halesowen Leisure Centre.

Classes include Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT and GRIT STRENGTH, line dancing, Zumba, yoga, kettlebells, pilates, latumba and Box Hiit.

Classes are social, fun and range from low impact to high intensity. All classes are delivered by qualified instructors.

Councillor Simon Phipps, cabinet member for regeneration and enterprise, said:

Halesowen leisure centre offers a wide selection of classes, from low intensity for those who need a gentler workout, to really challenging workouts for people who want to push themselves.
Classes are open to members and non-members in our newly refurbished centre, however membership may be a more cost effective way for people to access the range of services at the centre.

Most classes are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and above, but please check in advance. People don’t need to be a member to participate but membership allows people to book a place up to 7 days in advance, versus 4 days for non members. Booking is not essential but is recommended. Those attending will need to bring their own mat.

People need to attend classes in their kit as the changing areas and showers are currently closed for refurbishment.
