No crunch for Carrott – tickets flying out and second date added

Posted on:

Legendary Brummie comic Jasper Carrott has added a second date at Dudley Town Hall for his Stand Up & Rock show later this year.

With the first date on Friday November 19 at the St James’s Road venue almost sold out, the popular TV comic has added another show on Saturday November 20.

Tickets went on sale for the new date at 10am today (Fri) and are expected to be snapped up quickly.

Alex Jackson, booker for Dudley Borough Halls, said:

It's a real treat to be able to add a second Dudley Town Hall date with the legendary Jasper Carrott and his fantastic ‘Stand Up & Rock’ show.
After a really tough 12 months for everyone, there's clearly a huge appetite out there for great live entertainment and we're more than happy to oblige.
Dudley Borough Halls were hitting record ticket sales before the pandemic took hold and we can't wait to welcome back our wonderful audiences.

Carrott is one of a number of huge names in the comedy world set to bring their shows to Dudley Town Hall, Stourbridge Town Hall or Cornbow Hall Halesowen post-pandemic. They include John Bishop, Chris Ramsey, Jason Manford, Josh Widdicombe, Russell Kane, Gary Powndland, Doreen, Ed Byrne, Dom Joly, Jim Davidson, John Challis and The Black Country Night Out.
