Online survey to help council improve services
Residents are being asked to complete a survey about how they contact Dudley Council.
The survey is available online and will help the council improve the way it works with people.
It includes questions about how easy it is to contact the council online instead of traditional face-to-face visits as well as questions about satisfaction.
The survey can be found via the council’s website at www.dudley.gov.uk
Councillor Shaun Keasey, cabinet member for digital, customer and commercial services, said:
We are always looking at how we can improve the way people contact us and ask for help. There are now more ways than ever before to do that so people do not have to visit us personally, unless they want to. By completing the survey we will get a better idea of what people want and make sure we improve the way we work.
The survey closes 4 July
