Borough residents are being urged to promote road safety in their workplaces, schools and communities.
Dudley Council is joining charity Brake in backing Road Safety Week, which runs from November 18 to November 24.
This year the charity is calling for everyone to “Step up for Safe Streets”.
Councillor Karen Shakespeare, cabinet member for environmental, highways and street services, said:
We can all play a part by using our roads safely, minimising vehicle use and advocating sustainable transport.
Road Safety Week gives everyone an opportunity to promote road safety in their community, school or workplace.
In Dudley, the council’s road safety team offer a variety of talks, presentations and events to schools, families and communities in the borough.
