School Improvement Service

We offer coaching and modelling methodologies to support and embed key messages from the latest research and national reports and the best practice seen in local schools into the learning environment.

Our consultants can coach, advise and support subject leaders, class teachers, teaching assistants and other professionals to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding they require to improve pupil outcomes. Staff will benefit from being kept up-to-date with the latest research and initiatives enabling them to reflect on their practice with teaching and learning specialists. If your school works as part of an established network, commissioning as a cluster can be an effective and value-for-money way forward.

Who is the Service for?

  • All Dudley schools
  • Support for schools outside Dudley can be negotiated
  • Tailored support and/or subject specific support
  • Continuing Professional Development and training courses for teachers, leaders and teaching assistants

Data Package

The Data Package includes data, data analysis, reports and support for schools around their data and their statutory data returns. The Primary and Secondary Data Packages, although based around these elements, are very different but do contain some similar items (e.g. Access and support for FFT Aspire).

The Data Packages have been developed in collaboration with schools and are evaluated each year to ensure they continue to meet schools’ developing needs and offer good value for money.

An outline of the elements provided in both the Primary Annual Data Package and the Secondary Annual Data Package are attached.
