Fill in the first column, making a note of the date at the top. Use the information in blue in each box to discover more about each issue. Decide how you can improve and make a simple pledge in the next column (eg. I will always turn my TV off at the wall). Revisit the questions again some time later (may be a few months) and fill in column 3 and see how much you have improved!
