Single Route of Redress

As part of a special educational appeal, the Government are carrying out a 2 year trial to extend the power of the special educational needs and disability (SEND) tribunal, also known as the Single Route of Redress National Tribunal. The SEND tribunal will be able to make non-binding recommendations on the health and social aspects of the Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans. Single Route of Redress
