Living in a cold home has a whole host of health implications for the elderly, the young and those with long term health conditions.

If you belong to one of these vulnerable groups or are struggling to afford your gas and electricity bills then our Energy Advice and Winter Warmth service can support you to afford to keep warm in your home. The service runs all year and offers free home energy advice visits to provide advice and support with reducing home energy bills, help accessing energy discounts and grants, along with saving money by switching tariffs and energy saving tips.

Keeping warm in winter

We are committed to helping borough residents keep warm and snug in their homes, particularly through the winter months. There is a range of information about schemes, initiatives and programmes all aimed at helping keep people warm and healthy at home.
