The Community Trigger is a division within the Anti-Social Behaviour team which is based on the 'Policing and Crime Act 2014' to help people who have had their reports investigated and closed, but are still experiencing difficulties
The trigger provides accountability to ensure agencies such as the council, police and landlords, work together to meet the needs of the victims. It also allows residents or victims who have complained about anti-social behaviour to request a review of their case.
Your feedback is very important to us. To improve our service and ensure that we meet the needs of our customers, we would be grateful if you could complete a short survey about your experience with the Anti-Social Behaviour Team.
You will need a unique case reference number that would have been given to you when your case was closed. Without this number your survey cannot be submitted.
If you would like to complete the survey over the telephone or receive the survey by post, please contact the Anti-Social Behaviour Team via Dudley Council Plus on 0300 555 2345.
