Parking permits / season tickets will be valid from the beginning of the next calendar month from the date of application, unless otherwise specified.
When you place your order it will normally commence on the first day of the next calendar month, unless otherwise advised by you. We will therefore send you your parking permit a few days before it becomes valid, usually this is at the end of the month in which you order it. Please note that if a parking permit is ordered on the last day of a month we would endeavour to send it out to you on the same day, 1st class.
We do not operate a direct debit scheme for car parking permits. This is because permits are issued on a 12 month basis and are difficult to retrieve in the eventuality of a direct debit being cancelled.
