Fitness Classes at Crystal Leisure

The centre runs a wide range of fitness classes to suit all abilities, including body conditioning, functional fitness, circuit training, spin, aquafit, metafit, pilates and yoga.
We also offer a range of Les Mills classes such as Bodypump, Bodyjam, Bodyattack, Bodybalance, Bodycombat.
Selected fitness classes are open to young people 12 years of age and above. A parental/carer consent form must be completed in order for 12 to 15 year olds to participate in our fitness classes.
Fitness classes can be booked in advance - members can book up to 7 days in advance, non-members 4 days in advance. We regret that bookings cannot be moved or cancelled after payment is made. 

Monday
