The centre runs a wide range of fitness classes to suit all abilities, including Zumba, bootcamp, circuit training, boxercise, pound, aquafit, metafit, pilates, aqua yoga and yoga.
Selected fitness classes are open to young people 12 years of age and above. A parental/carer consent form must be completed in order for 12 to 15 year olds to participate in our fitness classes.
Fitness classes can be booked in advance - members can book up to 7 days in advance, non-members 4 days in advance. We regret that bookings cannot be moved or cancelled after payment is made.
Fitness classes do not run on Bank Holidays
