Crystal, Dudley, Halesowen leisure centres, the Dell Stadium and Coseley Sports Centre (outdoor facilities only) are now open for selected activities.

Will the prices or membership fees be reduced?

We are currently reviewing our membership payments following the roadmap restrictions.

Why did you take January's 2021 Direct Debit payment when the facilities were closed?

Unfortunately due to the timing of the governments announcement on 30 December, we were unable to stop membership payments (Direct Debit) for January.

As the centres will remain closed until Monday 12 April 2021 the next Direct Debit will be due 1 June 2021. 

Please note: May's Direct Debit (which is not being collected) recompenses for the payment taken in January. As the centres are unable to open until mid April this has been given as a free month.

When will my next direct debit payment be taken?

Due to the current pandemic and the new roadmap guidelines, the next direct debit payment will be due 1 June 2021 (this may be subject to change if the centres remain closed). 

Will my Festive Fitness annual membership, Options+ Leisure Discount membership or Booking membership be extended or will I get a refund to compensate for the closure?

All of the memberships stated will be extended to compensate for the closures caused by the pandemic.

I purchased an annual membership after 2 August 2020, will my membership be extended, or will I get a refund to compensate for the closure?

Annual memberships purchased after 2 August 2020 will have additional days added to the expiry date to recompense you for the closure.

Can I freeze my membership if I am not ready to come back yet?

Yes, please contact and request a further suspension on your membership. A member of the team will confirm the extension (up to 3 months).

I have a membership that I only use for fitness classes. As the leisure centres are currently unable to offer fitness classes under the new roadmap restrictions, will I be recompensed?

We are currently reviewing the impact of not offering fitness classes on site with membership payments.

How do I take out a membership or re-instate an expired membership?

Memberships can be renewed and purchased at Crystal, Dudley and Halesowen leisure centres. Customers wishing to join can now turn up at the centres without pre-booking a membership appointment.
