Will the prices or membership fees be reduced?

There will be no reduction in pricing or membership fees.

When will my direct debit restart?

Membership Direct Debits will restart on 1 September 2020.

Can I freeze my membership if I am not ready to come back yet?

Yes, please contact leisure.dd@dudley.gov.uk and request a further suspension on your membership. A member of the team will confirm the extension (up to 3 months).

I would like to cancel my membership; how do I do this?

Please send your full name, address and cancellation request to leisure.dd@dudley.gov.uk

Will my annual membership be extended, or will I get a refund?

Memberships will be extended to compensate for lost days due to the closure. Any request for refund may be considered but may be refused.

How do I take out a membership or re-instate an expired membership?

No customers or members will be permitted to join or renew within the first month of opening.
