Drawing out the dinosaurs: two centuries of science discovery and artistic interpretation.
Nobody has ever seen a living dinosaur, but everyone knows what they look like. This is because of two centuries worth of work from scientists, artists, writers, publishers and film-makers who have (with varying degrees of accuracy) worked together to turn evidence of death into images of life.
Visitors can view illustrations, prints, posters and magazine covers which display how dinosaurs have been drawn through time; combining outdated palaeoart with some of the very latest reconstructions.
