The Red House Glass Cone has a meeting room situated upstairs above Red Cone Coffee House.

The room is available between 10am and 3pm is bright and spacious.

Can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.

Hire rates are low.

Whilst on site there are studios to visit including:

  • Glass Quarter Designs, Charlotte Hughes-Martin, Jane Ellis & Sarah Jones (blown, engraved, fused glass and lampworked jewellery)

  • Saz's Ceramics (paint your own pottery)

  • Josephine Tournebize (jewellery).

  • Tandem Crafts, Ann Gill & Catherine Leadbeater (various crafts)

  • ACK Signs (design, manufacture & installation of all types of sign)

  • Bev Bernhard-Bridges (art & textiles - silks)

  • Matten's Jewellery, Teresa Matten

  • Wordplay Menagerie, Tania Holland

  • Kirk Andrews Art, charcoal, pastel and pencil sketches.

  • Glassblowing demonstrations

Glassblowing demonstrations available at weekends 1.30pm-3.30pm and school holidays till 31 March are 12-3.30. From 1 April school holiday demonstrations as follows:

Weekdays 11-12.30

Weekends 12-3.30

There is no charge to anyone wishing to enjoy the site shops and studios or learn about the history of glassmaking.
