Swimming Lessons at Halesowen Leisure Centre

Junior Swimming Lessons

ASA Lessons at Halesowen Leisure Centre are held on the following days and are suitable for children aged 5 years and over:

  • Saturdays from 8.45am
  • Tuesdays from 4pm
  • Thursdays from 4pm

Please note we have closed the waiting list for children aged 3 and 4 years due to the high number of children currently already on the list.

Parent & Toddler Session

This is a 1-2-1 session with parent/carer and your baby.

Your teacher will encourage safe water play and confidence techniques to get your baby water confident and safe.

There is no need to enrol, just turn up and try. The session is aimed at children up to 3 years old on the following day and time:

  • Wednesdays 10.30am to 11.30am

Adult Swimming Lessons

Tuesday lessons can be booked as part of a course. The course consists of six lessons which must be booked in advance. When booking these lessons, six lessons are available for the price of five.

  • Tuesday 7.15pm to 7.45pm - Beginners
  • Tuesday 7.45pm to 8.15pm - Improvers

There is no need to book our Wednesday lessons - just turn up on the day.

  • Wednesday 11.30am to 12pm - Beginners
  • Wednesday 12pm to 12.30pm - Improvers


Disability Swimming Scheme

The centre also offers swimming lessons through the Kellogs ASA scheme for children with disabilities.
