Section 141 Policing and Crime Act 2017
The Council is required by law to conduct a review of any Cumulative Impact Policy it has in place every three years.
This Policy was introduced under The Police and Crime Act 2001 and influences how the licensing authority makes decisions when considering the licensing of new premises licences and club premises certificates and applications to vary these licences.
There are currently no such areas in Dudley Borough.
