The Dudley Local Plan and accompanying information was submitted to the Secretary of State on 14 February 2025. A Planning Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State to carry out the independent examination of the Dudley Local Plan.

Publication Dudley Local Plan (Regulation 19) consultation
The Dudley Local Plan was published in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and Dudley MBC invited comments on its soundness and legal compliance. The consultation period closed on Friday 29 November 2024. Any comments made after this date have not been registered.
