Simple Tips & Advice for reducing vehicle crime

Help prevent car crime, please remember to:

  • Park in well lit areas

  • Lock all doors

  • Close all windows

  • Lock boot lids

  • Remove all valuables from view

  • Activate alarm/immobiliser

Although these are common sense precautions, around 20% of all vehicles parked have one or more doors left unlocked.
