Approved supported living provider jobs

Supported living can be sheltered or supported housing schemes. This is where older people, or younger people with physical or learning disabilities, or mental health challenges live. These will be care roles supporting people to be as independent as possible. There are also support worker roles working out in the community. They support people with disabilities to live in their own homes successfully. A support worker might help a person get out and about, with shopping, with hobbies or trips out.
